Under their direction and control we give the same high level of service to sole practitioners, attorney firms with hundreds of attorney's, and corporate legal departments, while keeping one of the highest success rates in the business.

We work simple cases that start at $125 to complex investigations that are in the tens of thousands. We always give you a fair price estimate with our retainer agreement and keep you appraised as we go. All of our licensed investigators are trained and available to testify in court as experts.

Information needed for a quote or to get started: please provide a brief description of your case goals and the due date. Provide names, current address or last known address, date of birth or approximate age, date of loss or dates of importance to the investigation. The more information you give us regarding the matter prior to our starting work the more cost effective we can be and the better our overall results will be.

Current Client's: let us know your budget and due date. We will respond promptly with a case confirmation and start immediately. We may follow up with any questions we have regarding your case. If ordered after our regular business hours we will start your case the next business day.

Payment

30 day billings: Regular clients qualify for 30 day billings on non complex investigations such as locates, backgrounds, process service, and research projects.

Retainers: It is customary to receive payment in advance. Usually this is a minimum retainer which is an educated estimate of what your case will cost. If the case is more complex or difficult than an anticipated, further work may be needed to complete it successfully. Your case director will consult with you and get your authorization for additional work. This balance may be due at the end of the investigation if it is minimal, or additional retainer will be requested. Retainers are based on flat fee or flat fee minimums that take into account customary hourly rates.

We work for your firm. Your firm pays for services we give all reports to you.

We work for your client. Your client pays for our services and we give reports to both your client and you.
