 when a will has not been updated for years and the heirs they thought would outlive them die or at best do not reside at the given addresses.  Using up to date databases, archived data, and sources, we locate your named heirs or find their closest living relatives so you can disburse the estate according to the decedents wishes.

Investigation into the charges regarding a contested will.  We diligently gather evidence for our client conducting a full investigation that may include the gathering of evidence to prove elements such as mental state, duress, and trustee fraud.

Investigation to locate missing assets such as insurance policies, investments, banking relations,and properties.
 
Questioned documents
Our experts determine if signatures or other written text on documents presented match a known person or suspect.  We additionally check to see if the documents used were originals or were copied and then forged. If needed we can also determine the age of a document, materials used, and in some instances gather DNA from the document.  Handwriting analysis can give incite as to the state of mind of the author or add evidence of forgery.

Expert court testimony
We are available on any case we have worked to testify on our findings in a court of law.  Minimum daily fees apply.
 
If you hire us as an expert on a case we have not previously worked we will quote you a flat fee that will cover our investigation, report, and one day court testimony or deposition.

Q    Who do you take as client's?
A    We work for attorney's, trust departments, spouses, children, family members, and heirs. If you are working with an attorney we will also consult with and report to them.

Q    Who can contest a will?
A    Any person who has "standing," i.e. a legal interest in an estate of the person whose will is in question can contest the will. Generally spouses, children, grandchildren and other family members and heirs may have "standing" to challenge a will.
