If you hire us as an expert on a case we have not previously worked we will quote you a flat fee that will cover our investigation, report, and one day court testimony or deposition.

Q Who do you take as client's?
A We work for attorney's, trust departments, spouses, children, family members, and heirs. If you are working with an attorney we will also consult with and report to them.
Q Who can contest a will?
A Any person who has "standing," i.e. a legal interest in an estate of the person whose will is in question can contest the will. Generally spouses, children, grandchildren and other family members and heirs may have "standing" to challenge a will.
